The First Post

Hi!!

Hot the unrivaled success of my Ecuador blog (still online at http://did21uk.livejournal.com/ for those of you who are still interested) comes the super new excellent blog AMERICA!! Essentially its going to be just like the Ecuador blog only;

1) Longer - Its going to last a whole year not just five - six weeks

2) It won't fizzle out - apologies to those of you who were left hanging with my very last Ecuador post

3) Its hosted on blogger, not livejournal - because blogger is Google and Google = better

4) Photos! - Because I have a shiny new digital camera there will be photo's perhaps even some video clips

5) Bullet points - Feedback from Ecuador was that my posts were very VERY long, and essentially quite dull. This time there will be bullet points at the start of each entry, then, if I can be bothered full text later.

So that's it! Not much to report yet as i'm still sort of in the UK, but er... Watch this space. Its honestly cool to know people read my stuff, and im sure in time to come it will make me think of everyone back home. You can always leave comments or e-mail me david.ling@gmail.com if you want.
